Turkey continues with huge purge of judges and police

Well, yeah, you can’t purge the corrupt parasites out of powerful positions or they wouldn’t fit the picture for your nation to join the EU, haha. But yes, executive authority over the judiciary ain’t exactly a good thing, so this is certainly not an “angelic Erdogan doing something good for his people” type of story.
